Geometry Learning Community 2.0
#GrowingTogether

What is the Geometry Learning Community?

The Geometry Learning Community is a collaborative and nurturing group of OCTM educators who are passionate about high school Geometry. This learning community offers Geometry Teachers support with resources, coaching, collaborative Zoom conversations, and a place to share your expertise. We look forward to growing with you.

What does the 2.0 stand for?

We are stepping up our game for the 2020-2021 school year. We really do not have a choice; do we? Last year we started this learning community and had over 90 participants. The learning community includes all of the resources from last year to explore; more resources will be added as we continue this journey together. This year's learning community will focus on needs targeted for this school year. (Virtual Learning, Blended Learning, or whatever is needed) Plus, we want to talk more and hear more members share how, together, we can make our resources better. We value the expertise of our fellow members.

How do I join?

This opportunity is free for OCTM members. (Woohoo!) Members simply will complete the Google form found below, and a Google Classroom code will be sent your way. It's that easy! Our first Zoom session is scheduled for Thursday, August 13, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The Zoom link will be provided in the Google Classroom. We are excited to begin our journey!

This will be the best $25 you spend for professional development.
