Student Math Contests
OCTM Contest (school sites) The OCTM Contest is an annual mathematics competition open to any students taking high school mathematics courses. The 2026 OCTM Contest will be administered at school sites September 2nd through October 16th, 2026. Detailed information regarding dates and contest administration can be obtain at OCTM 2026 Contest Information Letter. Schools / Coaches can register their school for the OCTM 2026 Contest at OCTM Contest 2026 School / Coach Registration. Registration is open August 22nd through October 12th, 2026. ARML: American Regions Mathematics League
June 3-4, 2022 (Ohio teams compete at Penn State)
The American Regions Mathematics League sponsors an independent mathematics competition that has taken place for nearly fifty years, not connected directly with OCTM. OCTM does support the Ohio team (top scorers from OHMIO -- see above) as it travels to ARML each year, and the Ohio team coaches are involved with OHMIO.
