The Board of Directors of OCTM is made up of six groups:

• Executive Board (10 individuals, including the President, Past President or President-Elect, Executive Director, Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasurer, District Director at-Large, Affiliate Services Chair)
• District Directors (8 individuals, each representing an OCTM District within Ohio -- see the map here)
  
• Appointed Leaders (12 individuals, each leading a specific committee or program)
• Conference Leaders (4-7 individuals, including those who provide continuity in leadership for multiple years and those who serve as general chairs or co-chairs of OCTM annual conferences)
• Organization Liaisons (6 individuals, representing partner professional organizations and the Ohio Department of Education)
• Affiliate Presidents (about 15 individuals, each representing one local affiliate group of OCTM)
