• a) 2024 Awards Banquet Ticket – $30.00
  Join us in celebrating our OCTM Awardees at the Awards Banquet on Thursday, October 10, 2024 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Hilton Columbus at Easton. Dinner is included with purchase of an Awards Banquet ticket. Contact Jodi Dunham, OCTM District Director-at-Large, at jodi.dunham@ohioctm.org with questions about the Awards Banquet.
  
  NOTE: The last day to secure your seat at the 2024 OCTM Awards Banquet is Thursday, September 12th at noon.
• b) 2024 Award Recipient - Banquet Tickets
  OCTM 2024 Awardees should have received a unique code from Jodi Dunham, OCTM District Director-at-Large, at jodi.dunham@ohioctm.org. Each awardee may invite up to ONE additional guest for FREE to join them in their celebration. You will be asked to add their contact information upon registration
